Are the site visit and quote free?
Yes. We come out, look it over and send a written quote free of charge. The quote commits you to nothing.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. If you send an enquiry over the weekend, you will hear from us on Monday.
Do I need to know exactly what work is required?
No. Plenty of clients simply write that the facade looks bad or the house is cold. We will come and look, then tell you what is worth doing and in what order.
How long between the quote and the start of work?
It depends on the season. The exterior season is short in spring and summer and needs planning ahead. An agreement made in winter gives you a more certain slot in the spring schedule.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Our clients include private owners, companies and apartment associations. On larger sites we agree payment terms separately.
What languages do you work in?
Estonian, Russian and English.
