Facade, roof and renovation work in Tartu
From facade insulation and painting through to turnkey renovation. One crew, one schedule, and a quality check the painter completes on their phone at the end of every job. Pick the service you need below – or describe the property and we will tell you what makes sense.

Six services, one point of responsibility
Most jobs start as one thing and turn into another. Painting a facade often reveals that the insulation is no longer doing its job, or that the roof needs washing first. Our advantage is that you do not have to go and find a second company for it.

Houses and apartment buildings
Facade insulation
We insulate external walls including reinforcement, render and final finish. One contract makes the building warmer and gives it a proper finish – and the scaffolding only goes up once.

Bring an old facade back
Facade renovation
Cracked render, flaking paint, moisture behind the cladding. We clean, repair and restore the surface before the damage reaches the structure. We will tell you honestly whether a repair is enough or whether replacing is the better option.

Timber, render, panel
Facade painting
Painting cladding boards, rendered surfaces, timber houses and terraces. Washing, substrate preparation, primer and two coats of Demidekk or Nordsjö ecolabelled paint. The system is picked for the surface, not for what is left in the yard.

Tile, sheet metal, fibre cement
Roof washing and painting
Pressure washing to strip moss, algae and dirt, then primer and roof paint. A clean roof is not just about looks – moss holds moisture and shortens the life of the covering.

Apartment, house, apartment block
Turnkey renovation
We take on renovation work large and small. With experienced carpenters, electricians, floor sanders and other trades we run the project from start to finish. One contract, one schedule, one person responsible.

Flat, house, commercial space
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, doors, window reveals and stairwells. We cover the furniture and floors, fill and prime, then apply the number of coats the surface calls for. We work one room at a time so you can stay in the building.
How we work
Three things that are true on every site we run
Whether it is a single facade or a full apartment renovation.
Every job is checked before it is handed over
We have our own quality mark: as the work is completed, the painter runs a quality check directly on their mobile phone. Every section is reviewed before handover, not after the scaffolding comes down.
Nordic Swan Ecolabel paints
For environmental reasons we use Demidekk and Nordsjö Nordic Swan Ecolabel paint products. The system is chosen for the surface and the building.
Communication is part of the job, not an extra
You know who is on site, what is happening today and what happens tomorrow. If weather or surface condition shifts the schedule, you hear it the same day.
How a project runs
The same routine on every site
Site visit
We come out and assess the condition of the surface. On larger properties we measure and photograph, so the quote is accurate rather than an estimate.
Itemised quote
You get a written quote that separates preparation, materials, execution and scaffolding. You can see what you are paying for and what could be dropped.
Work on schedule
We start on the agreed day. The site stays tidy while work is in progress – in an apartment building that matters as much as the finished result.
Quality check and handover
The painter completes the phone-based quality check, then we go through the result with you. The job is finished only when you agree that it is.

Our clients
Homeowners, apartment associations and businesses
Homeowners usually come to us when the facade has started to flake, or when the house is cold and the heating bill is high. What matters most here is an honest answer to one question: is painting enough, or does it make more sense to insulate at the same time – because the scaffolding has to go up anyway, and it is not worth paying for it twice.
Apartment associations and apartment buildings need reporting as well as work: stages that can be presented at a meeting, and a schedule that holds. The itemised quote and the documented handover exist for exactly that.
For businesses and developers we do both new-build finishing and renovation. We have been operating in Stockholm since 2010 and in Estonia since 2024 – the same way of working on both sides of the sea.

Plinth and the ground by the steps
Flaking render off, the plinth re-rendered and painted, the gravel strip put back.

A bedroom floor and walls
The old covering lifted, the subfloor made good and the walls repainted.

Oiling a timber fence
Panels weathered grey were washed and covered in a brown wood oil.

Rendering and painting a plinth

Frequently asked questions
Questions about our services
Do I need to insulate the facade before painting it?
Not necessarily, but it is worth deciding at the same time. Scaffolding, preparation and site setup are the same either way, so insulating separately later means paying for them twice. At the site visit we will say whether it makes sense for your building.
How is facade renovation different from painting?
Painting is the finish across the whole surface. Renovation means getting the surface right first: removing loose render or paint, filling cracks, replacing damaged cladding boards. If the substrate is not sound, even the best paint will not save it.
Does a roof need washing before it is painted?
Yes. Moss and algae hold moisture and stop the paint bonding. Paint applied to an unwashed roof will start to lift. We do the pressure washing and the painting as one job.
What does “turnkey” mean in your case?
That we organise the whole project: carpenters, electricians, floor sanders and finishing all come through us and work to our schedule. You have one contract and one contact, not five subcontractors.
Can I order just one service?
Of course. Most projects start as one job. If the site visit shows something else is more urgent we will say so – but the decision is yours.
When should I arrange the site visit?
The exterior season in Estonia is short. If you are planning summer facade work it is worth arranging the visit in winter or early spring, while there is still room in the schedule.
